​1-on-1 Coaching

This is where transformation happens. This is for those ready to break free from old patterns, stop people-pleasing, and step fully into their power.

If you’re done shrinking yourself to keep others comfortable and ready to live your truth unapologetically, this is for you.

 

What we will focus on:

  • Breaking limiting relational and behavioral patterns

  • Building confidence and setting strong boundaries

  • Navigating family, dating, and social dynamics with clarity

  • Reclaiming your voice, values, and personal power

Session Details:

  • 60 minutes, held via Zoom

  • $150 per session

  • $800 for 6 sessions 

  • $1,500 for 12 sessions

​Couples Coaching

This work is for couples ready to break old patterns, deepen connection, and build a relationship grounded in honesty, respect, and true partnership.​

 

What we will focus on:

  • Honest, focused conversations that get to the heart of your challenges

  • Tools to improve communication and set healthy boundaries—including navigating complex family dynamics

  • Support managing conflict, expectations, and emotional dynamics

  • Guidance to reconnect with each other’s authentic selves

Session Details:

  • 90 minutes, held via Zoom

  • $225 per session

  • $1,250 for 6 sessions 

  • $2,500 for 12 sessions​
